Refund Policy

Upon purchase of a vSeeBox v6 Plus, you are entitled to a 14 day money back guarantee if you do not love the services our product provides to you. Outside of the 14 day money back guarantee, each vSeeBox comes with a 1(ONE) year warranty in the event of any manufacturer defects. In order to submit a claim, we highly recommend recording your first time opening the vSeeBox but do not require video proof.
