  • Understood that all fees are non refundable except in cases listed by our refund policy

In no event shall DJ The Tv Guy's total liability to you exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amounts paid by you to DJ The Tv Guy in the past twelve months.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Wisconsin, USA, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
